Acceptance of Terms
By using this website and placing an order with Own It Cosmetics, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or purchasing our products.
Products
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, ingredient lists, images, and pricing are accurate and up to date.
While we photograph our products and foundation shades as accurately as possible, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device's screen settings and lighting conditions.
Ingredients are listed on every product page. If you have known allergies or sensitivities, please review the ingredient list carefully and perform a patch test before use.
Orders
All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if a product becomes unavailable, an error has occurred with pricing or product information, or we suspect fraudulent activity.
Please ensure that your billing, delivery, and contact details are accurate when placing your order.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).
Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and dispatched.
All online payments are processed securely through our trusted payment providers.
Shipping
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier operations.

Foundation Shade Exchange
We understand that choosing a foundation shade online can sometimes be difficult.
To help you find your perfect match, every foundation includes a complimentary sample. We encourage you to test the sample before opening the full-size 30ml foundation bottle.
If your shade isn't quite right, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a shade exchange:
The full-size 30ml foundation bottle must not have been opened, activated, or used.
The original foundation must be returned via PUDO Locker-to-Locker.
The customer is responsible for the PUDO return fee.
Own It Cosmetics will cover the cost of sending the replacement foundation shade.
Foundation shade exchanges are only available for foundation products.
Returns
Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetics and skincare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including photographs, product images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and written content, is the property of Own It Cosmetics and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
While we carefully formulate and test our products, individual skin types and sensitivities vary.
Own It Cosmetics cannot guarantee that every product will be suitable for every individual and shall not be held liable for adverse reactions resulting from allergies, sensitivities, or misuse of our products.
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and following product directions before use.
